MISSION

The mission of the Lighthouse is to be a beacon of Jesus' love, committed to bringing people into God's family. Illuminating the truth, we seek to shine together and reflect the will of God.
For centuries the Church was a pioneer and leader in the arts. Music, architecture, sculpture, painting- each was a medium used for the expression of our faith. Art in our Church became a testament to our Lord and a witness to His wondrous gifts.
Our goal is to equip young people with the means for reclaiming the arts and media and once again using them for Christian faith expression and evangelization. Hand in hand with this mission is a belief that our youth deserve a meaningful voice in worship today.

COMMUNICATE THE MESSAGE OF CHRIST THROUGH
EXAMPLE, TRAINING & WORSHIP

Our world is a rapidly changing place and need a place where they can express how their Christian faith relates in these uncertain and chaotic times. The example of our Lord is as relevant today as it was two thousand years ago. This good news still needs to be told, but many people, especially many of our young people, are not hearing it. A rapid paced and shallow consumer society with secular media propagated ideals, and this is what our younger generations are exposed to everyday.
Imagine a place where we come to learn how to use our gifts in the service of our Lord- a place we can worship with each other, sharing the struggles and triumphs of our faith in away that is both meaningful and relevant to us! What would it take to encourage us to give of ourselves and our talents to a church of our peers?

LEADING PEOPLE TO CHRIST

This Church will focus on making disciples. We will specifically seek out and invite young non- believers. Having them accept Jesus as Lord and live out a relationship with Him is our mission.

EQUIP & EMPOWER THE CONGREGATION TO USE
THEIR GIFTS FOR THE CHURCH

We seek to equip our congregation and provide meaningful opportunities for using arts, media and outreach as Christian faith expression and evangelization.

If your church shares our vision for one day equipping a youth worship service, a place for our young to nurture and offer up their gifts, a place for training and mentoring the future messengers of the good news, then let us walk there together. As in our Lord's ministry we'll move one step at a time, knowing the work of our Father will be done.
